All personal and private information taken during the sessions and during assessments is treated with confidentiality and respectful attention.  No information will be released to others without the client’s permission except when required by law or with your consent.  A consent form will be required for your information to be shared with a third party. Assessment notes and reports are faxed to your doctor if you have been referred using a mental health treatment plan.
